Jesus
spoke the Word of God throughout his ministry. When faced with
the devil's lies and temptations, he countered with the truth
of God's Word. The spoken Word of God is like a living, powerful
sword in our mouths (Hebrews 4:12), and if Jesus depended upon
it to face challenges in life, so can we. If you need encouragement

Be strong and of a good
courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God,

I promise you what I promised
Moses: ‘Wherever you set foot, you will be on land I have
given you ... No one will be able to stand against you as long
as you live. For I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will
not fail you or abandon you. (Joshua 1:3-9)
For God hath not given us the spirit
of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (II
Timothy 1:7)
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be
not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea,
I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand
of my righteousness. (Isaiah 41:10)
But now thus saith the LORD that created

In God I will praise his word, in God
I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto

The LORD is on my side; I will not fear:

The LORD is my light and my salvation;

Fear none of those things which thou
shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into

Fret not thyself because of evildoers,

Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
